Well, this has been a wet and overall "cool" July - and we are closing out the last report of July with a drop in surface temps - though the lower levels are still gradually warming. It only takes a bit of rain and some clouds to change those surface temperatures several degrees up or down, but don't be fooled by just the few feet of temperature....
